I took a used car to Benchmark for a pre-purchase inspection and they were incredibly thorough in their investigation, finding all types of damage that wasn’t repaired properly. I also appreciated all of their advice and walking me through all the damage. Would highly recommend Benchmark for any repairs or pre-purchase inspections needed.

Prompt service, no upcharge. I took my Prius here for the first time and was waiting for what always happens at the dealership, adding two additional items, and nothing. Friendly service, experienced staff, easy to park and wait while working with wifi, fair price. Thanks. I will tell friends.

The staff got my car right in, diagnosed it and didn't try to sell me unnecessary repairs. It was minor and they were so nice and professional! I wish I wasn't from out of town or they would be my new auto shop!

I had a great experience with Benchmark Autoworks in downtown Raleigh. I brought in my 2020 Lexus ES 350 because the rear brakes were grinding and the brake pedal had started pulsating. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and made the whole process smooth and easy. Shortly after I dropped off the car, the mechanic called me personally to explain the diagnosis and the repair options. I really appreciated that they took the time to clearly explain what was happening and gave me the exact out-the-door price before doing the work. They replaced the rear brake pads and rotors and had the car ready the same afternoon. The brakes now feel perfectly smooth again. Their downtown Raleigh location is extremely convenient — I was able to leave the car there and simply walk to my office while the repair was being done. The whole team was professional, friendly, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. If you’re looking for honest and reliable auto repair in Raleigh, I highly recommend Benchmark Autoworks.
